The Beauty of Bottle Caps

I HAVE POSTED SOME COMMENTS ON BOTTLE CAPS IN MONTHS PAST. But these particular ones (all pre-1970) are too beautiful not to show, especially at this size. Nuthin’ like a few five inch bottle caps to start your day. These were found at the awesome Web site at Neato Coolville.

I really like the 5" versions of the bottle caps and I especially like that so much attention was paid to the design of these beauties. It's such a small advertising space but the branding opportunity is certainly maximized. Makes you want to keep it on the bottle and not crease it with an opener, then throw it away.

I keep wondering how these would look as big realistic paintings...

These are wonderful! And the graphics on them are so tight that they would have worked well as round signs hanging on the outside of buildings. Great functional graphic design.

These are such lovely little designs. I will have to ask my husband if they have any caps left over from his grandfather's company, Crescent Soda.

I love these, as with pretty much anything sporting vintage graphic and type. Thanks for sharing!

At the fast glance I really liked this unique bottle caps but at the second thought another thought came to my mind. "This bottle caps were used to cover those bottles which contains dangerous artificial ingredients which just gives taste and which is not beneficial at all for the body just like "Cokes" & "Pepsi". This drinks would have caused so many unknown health & beauty issues to people.

Beauty & health is what matters.
